Naureen Khalid is the Managing Director of Medipak Limited, a family business established in 1982. She has over 30+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical sector, being responsible for operations of both manufacturing facilities at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, and Sunder Industrial Estate. She is also involved in other Medipak Group companies & foundations; Medigen a biotech company and Uniplan Trade International engaged in marketing & distribution of electro-medical devices, MD Chowdhry Foundation, Medipak Foundation, Khalid & Khalida Foundation.

Having received early education in Kuwait & England she returned to Pakistan in 1986, and studied at Kinnaird College, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and later at Harvard Business School (HBS). She has Masters in Business Administration, with majors in finance & marketing. She has also served to the board of PFBA – Pakistan France Business Alliance, and is a Member of ANHW – Alumnae Network for Harvard Women, Member of Harvard Club Lahore; Ambassador – The CE Club, Commonwealth Entrepreneurs Club, Pakistan – UK.
